In this role, you will:

• Deliver outstanding customer service and create a positive experience for every customer in the Rental Department
• Help drive the success of the Rental Department through strong focus on profitability, growth, cost control, and continuous development

What you bring:

• A strong commitment to excellent customer service
• A highly motivated, goal-driven mindset with a passion for results
• Strong telephone, communication, and computer skills
• Excellent administrative, time management, and organizational abilities
• Prior experience with agriculture/construction equipment is essential
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

Preferred qualifications:

• Mechanical aptitude is a plus
• Bilingual skills are a plus
