Winchester Equipment Co. is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead sales operation within the Greater Richmond and Virginia Beach area. This role focuses on driving revenue growth, managing a high-performing team and building lasting customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
• Analyze sales data to forecast trends and identify new markets
• Assign territories and set quotas
• Develop and implement sales strategies in collaboration with senior leadership
• Resolve customer and operational issues promptly
• Represent the company at trade shows and industry events
• Travel extensively within the region

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum 5 years of outside sales experience
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiently in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to travel and lift up to 75 lbs
• Valid driver's license with a clean record
