Job Summary

Winchester Equipment Co. is seeking a full-time Accounting Associate to support billing, invoicing, reconciliation, and accounting operations across one or more dealership locations. This role is responsible for processing high-volume transactions, ensuring compliance with company financial policies, and partnering with branch personnel to maintain accurate and timely financial records. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Collaborate with off-site branch personnel and provide guidance on billing compliance as needed.

· Process a high volume of sales invoices for financed, leased, and cash transactions on a daily basis for one or more construction equipment dealership locations.

· Maintain assigned account reconciliations in an accurate and timely manner.

· Ensure the proper application of company financial policies and procedures.

Qualifications

· High school diploma or equivalent required.

· Minimum of three years of relevant accounting, billing, or finance experience required.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

· Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

· Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and intermediate Excel skills.

· Demonstrated experience working with a major ERP software platform.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
