Bobcat of Northern Virginia, a division of Winchester Equipment Co., is a growing company specializing in the sale, rental and service of top-of-the-line Bobcat compact construction equipment. We are seeking a full-time Rental Outside Sales Representative to join our team.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver customer satisfaction through relationship building and a professional attitude
• Drive rental growth by understanding customer’s Bobcat compact construction equipment needs, negotiate and place orders
• Call on existing customers as well as generating new business

What We’re Looking For.

• Proven Sales record
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong administrative skills
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. (Company vehicle provided)
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds
