Winchester Equipment Co., specializing in the sale, rental and service of top-of-the-line agricultural, construction, material handling and outdoor power equipment, is seeking a full-time Inside Sales Specialist to join our team.

This position requires a highly motivated and goal-driven individual for agricultural, lawn & garden equipment sales.

Candidate should possess:

• Outstanding customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Previous sales experience
• Proficient computer skills
• Valid Driver's License
• Clean driving record
• Should be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Mechanical aptitude desired
• Bilingual a plus
