This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Manager, this candidate will be responsible for overseeing the service department, managing technicians, coordinating with customers, and ensuring efficient and timely service. The Service Manager will also handle customer inquiries, resolve issues and provide technical support when needed.

Qualifications:

• Strong expertise in equipment repairs and maintenance
• Experience in managing a service department or team
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to coordinate and prioritize service tasks
• Customer service and communication skills
• Proficient in computer systems and software
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Experience in the equipment industry is a plus
