Winchester Equipment Co. is a premier, growing company specializing in the sale, rental and service of top-of-the-line construction, agricultural, material handling and outdoor power equipment. We are seeking a highly motivated, goal-driven individual for an immediate full-time opening as a Grounds & Facilities Assistant supporting our Facilities Manager.

Our ideal candidate will:

• Facility upkeep: Perform light maintenance and custodial work throughout our facilities
• Ground Maintenance: Regular mowing, trimming and brush clearing to maintain a clean exterior
• Team Support: Providing direct assistance to the Facilities Manager on various special projects

Requirements:

• Physical Capability: Ability to safely and repeatedly lift up to 75 lbs
• Motivation: A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Reliability: A consistent work ethic and a valid driver’s license
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
