Description
Winchester Equipment Co. is a growing company specializing in the sale, rental and service of top-of-the-line construction, agricultural and material handling equipment. We are currently seeking a full-time Warranty Analyst. This role is responsible for managing, analyzing and processing warranty claims for construction and agricultural equipment in accordance with manufacturer policies and dealer standards.

Key Responsibilities
Warranty Administration
- Review, submit and track warranty claims with equipment OEMs: Kubota, Bobcat, Toyota along with several smaller companies
- Ensure all claims comply with manufacturer warranty policies, labor allowances and documentation requirements
- Resolve rejected, short-paid or disputed warranty claims with OEMs
- Analyze warranty data to identify trends in failures, repeat repairs and high-cost components
- Monitor warranty recovery rates, aging and missed claim opportunities
- Prepare monthly and quarterly warranty performance reports for VP of Aftermarket
- Work closely with Service Managers, Technicians, Parts and Field Service teams to ensure proper claim documentation per WECO's Warranty Written Process
- Assist with campaign, recall and product improvement program tracking
- Ensure dealership compliance with OEM warranty policies and internal controls
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce warranty expenses and maximize recovery
- Maintain SOPs related to warranty processing and analysis
- 2 - 5 years of experience in warranty administration, service operations or equipment dealership environment
- Strong understanding of construction or heavy equipment service operations
- Experience working with OEM warranty systems and dealer management systems (DMS)
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with ERP or DMS systems and dealers business system, CDK, preferred
