Bobcat of Tidewater, a division of Winchester Equipment Company, is a growing company specializing in the sale, rental and service of top-of-the-line construction equipment. We are seeking a full-time Parts & Service Sales Representative for our Virginia Beach branch.

This customer-facing role focuses on growing aftermarket parts and service sales, managing key accounts, and ensuring excellent customer support.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned customers
• Promote parts, service, and maintenance programs
• Build lasting relationships and ensure timely service delivery
• Track customer activity in Badger CRM and call sheets

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years in equipment, parts, or service sales (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license with clean record
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of equipment operation and maintenance
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
• Able to lift 75 lbs.; high school diploma or equivalent
